Bella Monroe Hair does NOT allow any Cancellations, Order Changes, or Refunds once an order has been placed. 



BUNDLE EXCHANGE POLICY

Bella Monroe Hair is pleased to offer a 7 day exchange policy on BUNDLES. The Bella Monroe Hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! We will not accept any extensions that have been USED,WORN, or ALTERED in any way. If there is an issue with your order, we MUST be notified within 7 days of receipt of product. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS once this time period has passed. A product can be exchanged for another product. NO refunds will be permitted. The Merchandise must be received before the exchange can be granted. Once your product has been received it will be thoroughly examined. If the product has been returned unused, in its original and resalable condition, an exchange for another hair product will be granted. Once hair is installed, all SALES ARE FINAL!! Bella Monroe Hair is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling. Due to important Federal laws and health regulations, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition you received it in as a necessary health precaution.Therefore, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges if the Bella Monroe Hair Seal on the Bundle has been broken!



WIG POLICY

Please allow 5-7 business days for your Wig to be Shipped.Please note that the color of your unit may vary, Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each unit, phones and computers cannot be relied upon to accurately represent colors. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WIGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!



SHIPPING POLICY

Processing takes 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Priority Flat Rate Shipping is 1-3 business days depending on your location. All package delivery is with USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday. Please make sure that someone is home to receive the order because a signature is required to receive your package. Shipping and handling rates subject to change at any time.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number be sent to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it inside your inbox. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 Business days from placing your orders, please call to speak with a Bella Customer Service Representative at 1-844-885-5255.



SHIPPING DELAYS

Bella Monroe Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that national holidays DO NOT count as a business day and should not be considered when calculating shipping times.



FAILED DELIVERIES/INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address that was provided in the order. Incomplete or incorrect address information can delay your shipment. Please make sure that you check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. USPS charges a service fee for address corrections. You will be charged for any additional fees caused by incorrect address information. Refunds will not be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD & THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
