We DO NOT allow any refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed. Note: All Wig Sales are Final!!

RETURNS

BMH allows exchanges if there is a problem with your order. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product for an exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, package, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, etc. & it's non-refundable. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at orders@bellamonroehair.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order#, name on order, and mail your return to the following address:
