Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:

Please allow time for processing orders before they are shipped out. Please see timeline below for specific products:

Bundles, Closures & Frontals, Ponytails require 2-3 business days for processsing before the product is shipped.

Uncustomized Wigs require 4-7 business days for processing before the product is shipped.

Ready to Wear Wigs require 7-21 business days for processing before the product is shipped

Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)  All domestic packages are shipped with USPS using Priority Flat Rate Shipping, which typically takes 1-3 business days to receive depending on your location.

Bella Monroe Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays.

Order Tracking:

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you via Paypal once your order has been shipped.

Signature Confirmation:

A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and or shipping information inputted by the customer will cause delays as well. If you need additional information, please email orders@bellamonroehair.com. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange.
